Value Plan. Actions identified in the project phase which will improve the viability and success rate of the projects themselves
Leverage. Opportunities which are captured from stimulating and empowering people, exchanging knowledge and from the direction we are going.
Each action is assessed, as needed, for its risk level and vulnerability impact
